This video and gallery, unreleased until now, was made with the intention it would become a “Zipset” for Brooke Marks.
Filmed in full view of multiple neighbors doing yardwork (and suspiciously-timed roof maintenance) Brooke wears a white microbikini that’s no more than floss in her cracks and around her curves, which she peels it off once it’s wet.
As the scene progresses, Brooke is naked in the pool, doing impressive gymnastic spreads and open leg stretches, showing off some of that athletic flexibility acquired during her cheerleading career. Fake ambient yard / stock pool soundscape had to be used since the broken camera saved no audio. Brooke is well-known and loved for her great sense of humor; so if you’ll excuse that the wisecracks she made to the camera now require a lip-reader, then everything else about this Lost Pool Zipset is amazing. Odds are the other pair of lips are more interesting to zipset fans anyway.
Why is no audio?
Once upon a time during a spring break vacation, a certain photographer had a tad too much to drink.
As she sped barefoot through the rented beach house to distribute an armful of daiquiris, a loose power cord looped around her ankle. This set in motion a chain of little slapstick accidents, ending with one big CRASH, as a fully-extended tripod was chopped down like a tree. Screwed into the top of it was a brand new Sony digital video camera. A sickening crack of heavy glass striking concrete caused all conversation to stop.
“IT’S FINE!” she declared, as she turned the camera over in her hands, checking it for injuries like a dropped baby. It appeared she was correct: the lens, the flip-screen, and camera’s body appeared mostly unscathed, save for scratches. Relief settled in after she hit record, and the red light turned on as normal.
But inside the camera’s guts, and unbeknownst to anyone, the Sony was hiding a terminal condition. It no longer recorded sound, and never would again. The damage remained undetected for a week, until all the memory cards were imported.
So much promising content from that week, starring Brooke and Avery and Misty and Rachel, were recorded as silent films. These included skits, competitions, interviews (and playtime with purring accessories). All these broken files were saved into a “Misc” folder, set aside to perhaps be harvested for a party montage, (or fixed with over-dubbing one day?) Very little of that ever happened. As time passed, the folder was forgotten.
